What shipping methods are available?

You can choose between Austrian Post, DHL, TNT and express shipping.

How long does it take until my order arrives?

The delivery time depends on the shipping address. Delivery within Austria usually takes 2 to 5 working days. International deliveries have a different delivery time. All successful orders receive a tracking number with which you can track your order with the respective transport company

Where can I find information about delivery terms and shipping costs?

You can find the details concerning delivery in our GTC. The shipping cost will be displayed in the Checkout after entering your delivery adress.

Where can I redeem a gift voucher?

You can redeem your gift voucher in your shopping cart. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the total sum of your order after clicking on “update your shopping cart

We accept all common credit cards, as well as PayPal and Klarna.

Is online payment safe?

Yes.

How do I order?

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can order without creating an account. Although we recommend creating an account for security reasons.

Who do I contact if I have questions?

Can I edit my order after payment?

It is not possible to edit your order after payment but we may be able to help you personally. Please send us an email in that case.

Can I return products?

Yes. From beginning of your order you have 14-days for return.
